The Russian Caravan combines Russian black tea, which imparts a unique smokiness, and St-Germain elderflower liqueur with Elijah Craig 12-year-old bourbon. This recipe was shared with us by Flavien Desoblin, proprietor of Manhattan's Brandy Library.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 2 oz. Russian tea
- 1⁄2 oz. lemon juice
- 1⁄4 oz. honey
- Lemon peel, for garnish

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and pour over fresh ice in a highball glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon peel.
