This Grilled Peach Salad Has All the Best Parts of Summer

By now, we know all about how to combine summer's two most important culinary components: a grill and juicy, fresh fruit. It works for cocktails and desserts, but what about a savory option that can be thrown together in a hurry?

That’s where this grilled peach salad comes in. The peach will give you the taste of summer you crave, and when it’s wrapped in prosciutto, it becomes the fastest, most delicious appetizer you can make. Just slice the peach and pop out the pit, cover the fruit in olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper, then place each half sliced-side down on the grill. Once they get a nice char, let them cool off before wrapping them in slices of ham and covering them in chopped pistachios.

While the grill is still hot, throw on a few pineapple slices for a margarita, or some mushrooms tossed in a spicy marinade. You'll have instant appetizers.
