Ingredients
- 2 oz. Vintner's Vodka
- 1 1⁄2 oz. St. Germain
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white (equivalent of 1 oz.)
- Pinch of salt
- Barspoon of superfine sugar
- 1 oz. seltzer
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except for seltzer and dry shake. Add ice and seltzer and shake again. Strain into chilled martini glass.
