The Antoinette

An elegant, citrusy brunch drink that packs a surprising punch, this vodka and prosecco cocktail is poured at Oak restaurant in Dallas. It first appeared in the iPad edition of our December 2013 issue with the article Bubblicious.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. prosecco
  • 4 blackberries
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 12 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 12 oz. simple syrup
  • 14 oz. Cointreau

Instructions

Step 1

Pour prosecco into a chilled champagne glass. Muddle 3 blackberries in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, lemon juice, syrup, Cointreau, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass; garnish with remaining blackberry.
