Suffering Fools

This bourbon and gin drink from wd~50 and Alder mastermind Kevin Denton is inspired by the Suffering Bastard, a classic cocktail developed during in Cairo during WWII. It's a great cocktail to make ahead in batches for a party; Denton suggests scaling it up and pre-diluting it with water instead of ice for consistent quality. Start with an additional ¼ ounce and add water, bit by bit, until it tastes the way it should.
