- 3 oz. Luxardo cherries
- 1 oz. Cocchi Americano Rosa
- 1 oz. pisco
- 1 oz. Sorel hibiscus liqueur
- 1⁄2 oz. lime juice
- Absinthe, for garnish
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Muddle Luxardo cherries in a shaker. Add Cocchi Americano Rosa, pisco, Sorel hibiscus liqueur, lime juice, and ice. Shake; strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice. Top with a dash of absinthe; garnish with a Luxardo cherry and mint sprig.
