Nitecap's Natasha David uses two kinds of vermouth in her version of the classic sherry cocktail. The refreshing apéritif is easy to make in big batches, making it a great party drink.
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz. sherry, preferably Lustau "Los Arcos" Amontillado Sherry
- 3⁄4 oz. Dolin dry vermouth
- 3⁄4 oz. Dolin blanc vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Combine sherry, vermouths, and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; stir. Strain into a bamboo glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
