  • 1 12 oz. sherry, preferably Lustau "Los Arcos" Amontillado Sherry
  • 34 oz. Dolin dry vermouth
  • 34 oz. Dolin blanc vermouth
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

Combine sherry, vermouths, and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; stir. Strain into a bamboo glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
