A New Snack HabitDelicate, gluten-free crackers made with lentil and rice flour

I don’t think of myself as a snack-driven person, but when these Lentil Rice Crispbreads landed in the office free-for-all zone just feet from my desk, I found myself making repeat trips for samples. Somewhere between a cracker and a wafer, the crispbreads are gluten-free and come in four flavors: Chipotle Cheddar, Everything, Rosemary Parmesan, and Sesame Pink Salt. The latter is my favorite, with a toasty nuttiness from sesame seeds and just enough Himalayan pink salt to highlight the delicate flavor of the lentil and rice flours. As an added bonus, each variety has a short, straightforward ingredient list: They contain no preservatives or tongue-twisters, which makes me feel pretty good about my new snack habit.
