One Good Find: Non-Stick Grilling Sheet

I adore a good barbecue, and now that the days are finally getting warmer here on the East Coast, I'm excited to get back into grilling. This season, I'll be making liberal use of the Cookina reusable cooking sheet on my grill. This non-stick mat goes directly on top of hot grill grates, providing a safety net for delicate items such as skin-on fish fillets so they stay intact and release easily when flipped. It also helps create the perfect environment for grilled items that would often cause grease flares, like hamburgers, allowing you to get a grilled flavor without over-charring. Unlike foil, it's reusable, and makes clean-up after grilling infinitely easier. I made our baby back ribs with sweet and sticky sauce fearlessly, without the threat of burnt or stuck-on food—all while looking like the grilling pro I always knew I was.
