How to poach eggs.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 4 cups water
• ½ cup vinegar
• slotted spoon

WHAT TO DO

1. Add ½ cup vinegar to 4 cups gently boiling water.

2. Make a whirlpool by swirling a wooden spoon in the water.

3. Crack eggs into the center of the whirlpool. Cook 5 minutes, or until slightly soft in the middle when poked. Remove with a slotted spoon.
