Cognac, fresh raspberries, and sparkling wine combine to make this fizzy, romantic cocktail, based on Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris. This recipe was developed by Nitehawk Cinema's Beverage Director Jen Marshall.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. cognac
- 3⁄4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3⁄4 oz. simple syrup
- 4 fresh raspberries
- Sparkling wine to top
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, and shake well to break down the raspberries. Strain the mixture through a fine-meshed sieve into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with a splash of sparking wine.
