Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 6 pods star anise
- 2 chiles de árbol, stemmed and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (1-lb.) lamb arm or blade chops

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, ginger, star anise, chiles, and garlic.

Rub marinade onto lamb and let marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
