Milk Jug

This free-blown, handmade jug comes from the Staffordshire, UK, workshop of designer Elaine Sheldon and glassmaker Dominic Cooney. The artisans use hand tools to re-form an actual milk bottle into the jug, which retains the embossed "keep refrigerated" detail around the base.

We love the homespun feel of it all, down to the packaging, which features the original sketch of the design, screen-printed on a recycled box.
