Honeycomb Platter

This platter comes from dbO Home, a collection of handmade, hand-glazed one-of-a-kind ceramics produced in the home studio of artist Dana Brandwein Oates.

The inspiration for Dana's Honeycomb series came from her friend Sophie, who keeps bees at ** Meili Farm**, just down the road from the ceramist's studio in northwestern Connecticut. When Sophie shared her honeycomb starter thinking the pattern might be interesting in clay, a new collection was hatched.

The platters are hand-cut and -formed, making each unique.
