Giuseppe Giusti Balsamic Vinegar
The Giusti family has been producing vinegar in Modena, Italy, since 1605, and it's said that after centuries of passing down the process via oral tradition, it was this family that first documented the production of balsamic vinegar, known today as the Giusti recipe.
This item from the family's gran deposito, or great reserve, is aged in antique casks, drawing aromas and flavors that have taken centuries to develop.
Giusti balsamic need not be drizzled with a heavy hand; just a dash will add dense and full-bodied flavor to your preferred fruit, cheese, or dessert.
