Multi-Tiered Serving Tray

I love to entertain, but I have limited surface and storage space so I usually can't put out many dishes at once. This seven-tiered tray, a delightful marriage of whimsy and practicality, solves the problem by going vertical. A comically small dish perches on top of the 20-inch high display, lending the piece a playfulness that conjures images of fanciful hors d'oeuvres and extravagant desserts. Better yet, the tray's dramatic flair is enhanced by its ingenious construction, which is both lightweight and designed so that the tiers can be disassembled and nested one inside the other. Since you can assemble fewer than the full seven tiers, it has more applications than just big dinner or cocktail parties; two or three tiers offer a simple and elegant display of fruit or cookies for smaller gatherings as well.
