Canale Torino Cocktail

Here's one of my favorite cocktails: the Canale Torino. Equal parts bittersweet, herbal Aperol and dry Dolin vermouth, with a splash of floral Luxardo Triple Sec, it has a refreshing kick to it, but it's not too boozy, so you can have more than one. Served chilled in a martini glass with a long, curling orange twist, it's a great afternoon drink or aperitif. Or any time of day, really. —Jimmy Bradley, The Red Cat and The Harrison, New York City
