No-Bake Chocolate Balls and Truffles

With few ingredients producing endless variations, chocolate truffles are the epitome of a minimum effort, maximum reward dessert. Easy to make in large quantities, they've become my go-to dinner party offering: Whipping up a batch of the bite-sized treats gives me the chance to impress friends while simultaneously feeding an army of them. And at this time of year, it's nice to be able to give your oven a break—especially for recipes like spicy cardamom-laced milk chocolate truffles, cool white chocolate-mint truffles, and boozy chocolate-bourbon balls.
